BOS Semiconductors CEO Featured in Open Chiplet Atlas Community Voice

BOS Semiconductors is pleased to share that Dr. Jaehong Park, CEO of BOS Semiconductors, was featured in the Community Voice section of the Open Chiplet Atlas® (OCA) newsletter.

In his article, “How We Drive an Open Chiplet Ecosystem,” Dr. Park shares BOS’s perspective on the future of chiplet technology, emphasizing that scalability and ecosystem must evolve together to enable a truly open and sustainable chiplet ecosystem.

As part of this commitment, BOS contributed the original implementation of AXI over UCIe to the OCA Harness hardware and is independently developing its own OCA-compliant chiplet.

Dr. Park also highlights the importance of collaboration across fabless companies, foundries, and OSATs, particularly as the industry moves beyond logical and protocol-level interoperability toward real-world chiplet integration and advanced packaging.

BOS Semiconductors will continue to contribute to the development of an open and scalable chiplet ecosystem and work closely with industry partners to bring open chiplet architectures into real products.
