BOS Semiconductors Joins SKKU’s AI Semiconductor Innovation Lab

BOS Semiconductors is pleased to announce its participation in the newly launched AI Semiconductor Innovation Lab at Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU). This national initiative, supported by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the IITP, aims to advance next-generation AI semiconductor technologies through joint research and talent development.
As an industry partner, BOS Semiconductors will collaborate with SKKU researchers, graduate students, and fellow partners—including Samsung Electronics, Mobilint, and OpenEdge Technology—on key areas such as AI model lightweighting, on-device AI optimization, and advanced NPU architecture design.
Through this partnership, BOS Semiconductors will contribute its expertise in chiplet-based AI SoC technologies, supporting both cutting-edge research and the training of future semiconductor innovators. We look forward to driving meaningful advancements in AI semiconductor design and expanding industry–academia collaboration.
