Kick-off meeting for the national R&D project “AI Accelerator Semiconductor Development for Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV)

BOS Semiconductors has been selected as the lead organization for Korea’s national R&D project on “AI Accelerator Semiconductor Development for Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV)”, led by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.

Through this project, BOS will drive the development of a 1,000 TOPS automotive AI accelerator SoC and chiplet-based prototype, further strengthening its leadership in next-generation automotive semiconductor innovation.
